Welcome to my Gallery and Website. You will find that I write on a wide variety of topics here. Most of them are concerned with valuing a heartful life, living truthfully and authentically, as often and fully as possible.

Most of my posts will have an image next to them. I have created all these images. I call them digital paintings. I create them on my computer, using my mouse as the painting tool.

Many years ago I embarked on a magical journey… back to the warm glow of the fire that burned deep in my heart.  It was a struggle at times to bring my heart and head into right relationship, but I was inspired.   I had a fire inside that could not be put out by reasoning or thinking.  I had a passion for life that needed expression and nothing was going to stop me from expressing my passion, not even the strong and powerful intellectual atmosphere I was born into and learned to thrive in.   I learned over the years that one only struggles when one follows where the mind leads, leaving the heart without a channel for expression.  Now, I employ my mind in service to my heart… and all is well.   Following my heart is the truth that guides me now, and the light that encourages the blossoming of my work.
