You Are a Garden
You may appear to be a single solitary plant. But, you are, in fact, a garden. All that you do, and all that flows through your heart, mind and consciousness may appear to affect no one but yourself, but just like one plant in a garden can affect the ecology of the whole garden, so it is with each individual living conscious being.
A plant, when allowed to succumb to imbalances, lack and neglect, may attract opportunistic pests and diseases… which then begins to affect the whole garden. In just this way, the
quality of your thoughts and feelings contribute to the quality of the whole garden of our collective consciousness.
Therefore, let us realize that all we do (and think), we do not only on behalf of ourselves, but also on behalf of the whole ecology of consciousness of which we are all an inextricable part.
And, should a time come when we feel a lack of what is needed for our continued growth and happiness, let us also remember once again… the wholeness that we are. Let us tap into the rich unity consciousness of our garden to find the nutrients, the sustenance and the light that feeds our growth. Whether that richness be friends, community, spiritual practice… or inner resources, we only need to awaken to our connection to the wholeness of the conscious ecology that we all live in. For therein lies exactly what loving and true nutrients we need to expand our consciousness… and reconnect with our happiness… so we can continue our growth and expansion.
And so, as we come to understand that we are one garden, we begin to rejoice in the blossoming of all consciousness, no matter how seemingly insignificant or small, and no matter how separate that life may appear to be. For in truth, we know that we are all one… in consciousness… living and growing in the garden of life.

This is the first time I visited your blog. I read some of your posts and am quite impressed with your presentation style and blog design. I have added you to my firefox bookmarks. Thanks!
